- Desearched distributed approach of persistent memory abstraction, called Distributed Persistent Domain (DPD).
- Developed cycle-level simulation model of CXL switch with the goal of switch-level performance and behavior analysis.
- Researched devloping durable version of atomic instruction development for persistent programming — published at DAC 2023.
- Extended Sniper multi-core simulator with contention model and transient-state transition model.

- Designed & characterized TSMC 180nm BUET Standard Cell Library to streamline ASIC design flows.
- Prototyped an LED-driver controller IC utilizing Cadence Design Suite.
- Achieved successful first-spin fabrication through EUROPRACTICE IC Service in June 2018.
